To enable the 90 fps option in the graphics settings of PUBG Mobile, first download and extract the zip file.
Now go to this location on your phone storage: Android> Data> com.tencent.ig> Files> UE4GAME> Shadowtracker Xtra> Shadowtracker Xtra> Saved> Config> Android>
There you will see a file named “usercustom.ini”, delete this file.
Now open the extracted folder and copy the downloaded file (usercustom.ini) and paste it in this location.

Note that the downloaded file and the file to be deleted are the same.
